The Role: Join our team as a Human Resources Director, focusing on our dynamic Dining & Events segment. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with segment leadership to shape the strategic direction of our workforce. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing employee engagement, talent management, and overall organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives. Provide support for organizational change management and communication. Establish and enforce HR policies and programs to enhance employee experience. Address employee relations issues within the segment. Partner with business leaders to drive talent management strategies. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and retention. Serve as a trusted advisor to segment leadership on HR-related matters. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Identify HR trends and develop customized solutions for the segment. What We're Looking For: Must-haves: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a management role. Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience supporting hourly employee client groups. Hospitality or contract services experience preferred. Nice-to-haves: Proficiency with HRIS systems. Experience with mid to large size organizations.
