Job Description - HR Generalists and HR Specialists

Role Overview: As a pivotal member of our team, you'll bring at least 3 years of hands-on HR experience. You'll be involved in a broad range of activities, including but not limited to benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation management, training, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. A knack for listening, patience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be key to your success. While not mandatory, candidates with professional HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) will have an edge. Key Responsibilities: HR Support: Manage daily administrative tasks such as client payroll processing, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws.
Benefits Administration: Guide employees through benefit programs and handle leave requests efficiently.
Employee Relations: Coordinate disciplinary actions, terminations, and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Requirements: An Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
Exceptional multitasking abilities and calmness under pressure.
Unwavering integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws (federal and state-specific).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems. Why Join Us?
