Job Description - Human Resources Director

**Experienced Human Resources Director Wanted** Are you a passionate HR professional who excels at creating an engaging and positive work environment? Do you thrive in the hospitality industry, providing exceptional support to your team across all functions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Director to join our dynamic team. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resource Management within the hotel, resort, or country club industry. Candidates must have a deep understanding of New York State employee laws and a proven track record of working in seasonal resorts or clubs, including J1 and H2B recruitment. A willingness to embrace working in remote areas is essential. **Responsibilities:**- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and negotiating job offers
- Coordinate performance management processes and ensure effective implementation
- Administer comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Continuously improve HR operations through process streamlining and optimization **Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of New York State employment laws
- Proven experience in benefits administration and effective employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Kronos, Paylocity, or Oracle **Benefits:**- Competitive salary range of $160,000
