Human Resources Director

This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resource Management within the hotel, resort, or country club industry. Candidates must have a deep understanding of New York State employee laws and a proven track record of working in seasonal resorts or clubs, including J1 and H2B recruitment. A willingness to embrace working in remote areas is essential. **Responsibilities:**- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and negotiating job offers
- Coordinate performance management processes and ensure effective implementation
- Administer comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Continuously improve HR operations through process streamlining and optimization **Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of New York State employment laws
- Proven experience in benefits administration and effective employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Kronos, Paylocity, or Oracle **Benefits:**- Competitive salary range of $160,000
