We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will collaborate closely with our Shared Service Team to ensure seamless HR operations and support our valued workforce, under the guidance of the Senior HR Manager. Responsibilities: Manage various HR operations including Human Capital Management (HCM) tasks such as termination requests, leave management, medical claims, and benefits administration. Handle employment contracts, manage work passes, process invoices, maintain employees' records, and coordinate pre/onboarding and exit logistics. Support employee life-cycle changes such as transfers, promotions, and merit adjustments. Oversee payroll activities by gathering and supplying payroll data, reviewing reports, addressing queries, and ensuring timely approvals. Assist the Senior HR Manager with report generation, audits, recruitment logistics, and job postings. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and manage the shared mailbox. Provide backup support for HR functions as needed, including project assistance and overflow work for the Shared Service Team. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a global or professional services organization. Proficient knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly the Employment Act. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with payroll processes, work passes, CPF, and taxation. Hands-on approach with a genuine passion for HR operations. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
