Role Overview: As a Human Resources Project Manager, you'll craft comprehensive project plans and coordinate with various national and international HR teams including Compensation, Payroll & Benefits, and many others. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in project management paired with experience or education in Human Resources or Business. Responsibilities: Lead and support large-scale, cross-functional project rollouts from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage project scope, develop timelines, and identify and mitigate risks. Recruit and mentor team members, establishing clear job responsibilities and performance expectations. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and integration of strategic plans. Serve as a liaison across departments to enhance communication and streamline processes. Drive HR initiatives such as the rollout of new HR technologies, improvements in total rewards systems, and enhancements in recruitment processes. Ensure compliance with all company policies and maintain a proactive approach in identifying process improvements and cost-saving opportunities. Key Competencies: Proven ability to manage projects effectively, adhering to timelines and budgets. Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity to foster trust and collaboration across teams. Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and an ability to apply financial and analytical tools in decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools like SmartSheet. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Project Management. At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Project Management, or related fields. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Physical and Travel Requirements: Position may involve a mix of remote and office environments. Must be capable of occasional physical tasks such as moving up to 25 lbs. Domestic travel up to 10%.
