Remote Operations Manager

The Remote Operations Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of CareConnect Agency. This position is responsible for coordinating internal processes, improving operational efficiency, supporting caregiver recruitment, and helping ensure that applicants and clients receive excellent service.

You will work closely with leadership to oversee recruitment workflows, monitor daily operations, improve administrative processes, and support the agency's long-term growth.
