HOW A PROGRAM SENIOR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $25M and above. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Desired Experience: Tactical Proficiency including experience as a Tactical Action Officer Ability to liaise comfortably and successfully with government officials up to the GS-15 and O-6 level. Experience in Managing a large geographically distributed team. Experience managing contract execution to including finance, human resources, talent acquisition, contracts, subcontracts, and security. Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalency in applicable Navy experience. Qualifications: - Seven (7) years of experience in Surface Warfare and training management including responsibility for managing a multidiscipline team of training experts. - Of the 7 years above, five (5) years must include experience in managing the development of group-paced instructional materials and guidelines, advising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on development procedures and formatting, and evaluating curricula documents and instructional delivery procedures.
