Senior Human Resources Administrator

Maintain client employee files and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare job descriptions, draft policies, and compile necessary reports.
Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews as directed.
Coordinate new hire materials and actively participate in client events.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum one year of office experience.
5+ years of HR and benefits administration experience.
Strong customer service background preferred.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
