Job Description - Senior Human Resources Administrator
Join a dynamic team as a Senior Human Resources Administrator in the Greater Boston area. Occasional travel within the service areas may be required. Key Responsibilities: Manage client benefit plans, handling enrollments, terminations, and communications with vendors. Maintain client employee files and ensure compliance with company standards. Prepare job descriptions, draft policies, and compile necessary reports. Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews as directed. Coordinate new hire materials and actively participate in client events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum one year of office experience. 5+ years of HR and benefits administration experience. Strong customer service background preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
