Overview This candidate will support the onboarding and coordination of Electric Boat and vendor employees at the EB Focus Factory located in Philadelphia, PA. The candidate will also be responsible for managing invoicing, systems loading/ changes, and general operational support functions of vendor employees onsite. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter, ability to adapt to plan changes, experience with data tracking, ready to work in a fast-paced production environment supporting operations departments and program office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Consistent data input in various time keeping and LMS systems (ie. People Soft, ATA...etc)
- Business Systems deactivations, changes, and maintenance
- Managing a database to help track FF employee HR/Quality issues
- Partnering with IT to help troubleshoot vendor employee computer access issues
- Maintaining vendor employees in EB business systems, including shift assignments and work centers
- Contractor Renewal Database changes and updates
- Coordinating with various organizations to perform reconciliation of invoices
- Manage and maintain vendor onboarding training
- Coordinate Training and mentorship for EB employees
- Coordinate vendor relations training for new onsite EB employees

Qualifications Required:
- 2+ year degree or equivalent leadership and or project management experience
- Strong computer skills including demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with data input and accuracy
- Shipyard or Trade background
- Ability to have and maintain secret clearance
- Internal candidates must be from organizations outside of Operations (Casciano/Gabriel).
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of EB Focus Factories and onboarding process
- Administrative experience
- Understanding of vendor relationships
- HR experience
- Industrial or Trade training experience
- Knowledge of EB business systems (PeopleSoft, ATA etc.)
