RN/LPN - Transportation Department

2.0 - Part-time .50 FTE - Part-time / 10 month (Non-Competitive)
INITIAL ASSIGNMENT:
District Wide - Transportation Department
4.0 - 4.75 hrs/day - 5 days/week
Two bus runs available - time(s) to be determined
APPOINTMENT: ASAP
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirement : Current license issued by the State of New York to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Primary Responsiblities : Assist student needs traveling from home and to school in the morning and traveling from school to home in the afternoon.
SPECIFIC DUTIES :

• Protect and maintain student's health by providing professional nursing services in accordance with Nursing Standards and NYS Licensing.
• Documenting health services provided in accordance with the NYS Nurse Practice Act.
• Promoting an environment that is positive, student-centered, and differentiated to meet the needs of all learners.
• Participate in Professional Development and Community Involvement.

HOURLY RATE: Per OPSRPA contract for corresponding title.
