The Workforce Staffing Candidate Attraction team is a skilled, customer obsessed, recruiting team that owns candidate sourcing across multiple locations for entry-level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles. We are looking for exceptionally talented, bright and driven people to help build the future Amazon talent pipeline. The Workforce Staffing ( WFS ) Candidate Attraction team is looking for a Candidate Attraction Coordinator. As the Candidate Attraction Coordinator, you’ll be integral to the implementation of established strategies and deliverables associated with Candidate Attraction partnerships communication and events management. Reporting directly to the Candidate Attraction Partnerships Manager, you’ll be accountable for reporting on activities and results, contributing significantly to the overall success of candidate attraction initiatives. This role requires the ability to keep composure in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity, and anticipate community partner questions/reactions. Key job responsibilities

- Own the creation of monthly community partner-facing newsletters and communication to a large network of community partners.

- Manage the central community partner inbox, including promptly addressing community partner communications in pop-up risk markets.

- Schedule, plan, and execute candidate-facing and community partner-facing virtual events and engagement opportunities. – Supports the analyses of weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of Candidate Generation activity performance via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned geographies.

- Researches and executes opportunities and coordinates activity related to large scale community events such as conferences and job fairs that will drive hires.

- Own submission and completion of ongoing projects and resource requests.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or experience in a professional field or military

- – Proven experience in communications, partnership management, or events planning

- – Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- – High emotional intelligence with an ability to navigate diverse stakeholder relationships.

- – Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems are preferred

- 2+ years of human resources functions experience

- Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $18.27/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $39.13/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
