Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Quantitative Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will bring a unique combination of quantitative aptitude, financial sophistication, and interpersonal skills to create and deliver solutions for complex claims. The Senior Quantitative Analyst will use quantitative techniques, modeling, and analysis to support our corporate goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze claims data and risk modeling to measure and quantify performance and results via Excel.
- Develop and review financial analysis, projections, and reports via Excel.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to identify trends, solve complex problems, and create solutions via Excel.
- Provide consultation to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and external clients.
- Maintain accurate records and document procedures.
Qualifications - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 5 years experience in quantitative analysis and/or insurance analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Insurance Accounting Experience Preferred
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
