Senior HR Generalist

LaSalle Network is in search of an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our client's dynamic team! As the Senior HR Generalist you will play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5 years of HR experience looking to expand their skill set and grow into a leadership position!  Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities: 

• Support employee relations, including benefits administration, performance improvement and onboarding
• Manage HR programs and policies, ensuring they comply with legal requirements and company standards
• Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives such as training, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion programs
• Perform HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS data
• Oversee office administration, coordinate office events

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
