As our Human Resources Generalist we are looking to lean on your proven ability to not only ensure strict compliance with employment laws and regulations but also to promote a workplace environment built on positivity, collaboration, and mutual respect. You'll be instrumental in driving process improvements and crafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline our operations and elevate our overall efficiency.

HR Programs and Analytics
Guidance and Support:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in human resources decision making with a strong emphasis on compliance, employee relations, and process improvement.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Strong analytical abilities with a track record of identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
A strong understanding of the HR function, (including capabilities, processes, technology, operating model design, strategic competencies, policies, etc.)
Must have knowledge of employment regulations to include DOL, I9, EEOC and FLSA
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HR software and systems, including HRIS and payroll platforms.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Proficient with Apple computers operating system.
Preferred Requirements:
Applications with SHRM or other HR certification are strongly preferred.
Experience with ADP or ADP Workforce Now
Google Admin experience highly preferred
Compensation range: $55-75,000 annually
Ability to grow the Human Resources function from the ground up with proper support and guidance!

Schedule and Location:
This is a full-time in-office/hybrid position. Your influence will be needed at our HQ in Bergenfield NJ Monday to Friday.
