LaSalle Network is partnered with a global business consulting firm seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to join their growing team. This award-winning firm brings over 100 years of business and has been recognized by leading publications for their global social impact and innovative technology. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for collaborating with leadership to identify gaps in process and implement new HR strategies relative to employee relations. This role will be responsible for supporting multiple divisions in the firm acting on the business partner model. Senior Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

• Offer support in headcount planning and strategies
• Develop and administer talent development and employee coaching strategies
• Manage performance including reviews and improvement plans
• Offer suggestions around compensation for the assigned business units
• Offboard employees exiting the organization
• Handle any employee relations issues, investigations, questions, etc. 

Senior Human Resources Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of Human Resources experience with 3+ years of leadership and management experience
• Experience in a professional services environment, ideally legal, finance or consulting
• Comprehensive knowledge of principles and practices of HR, including technology applications, HR regulations and compliance
• Adaptable and flexible leadership style
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
• Strong organization and time management/project management skills
