Job description
Primary Side 100% +Point probe inspection of row 1 and 2 u-bends
+Point probe inspection of outer three tubes of periphery and divider lane TTS
+6 inches/-3 inches, including HL and CL, to aid in foreign objects detection
40% +Point probe inspection of TSH +6 inches/-3 inches
100% +Point probe inspection of TSH +6 inches/-16 inches in tubes with bulges and over-expansions
Utilizing 8 robots, with 6 operating in parallel.
Secondary SideInspection sequence - B, C, D, A
Sludge lancing of all four generators
Top Tube Sheet FOSAR
Conduct steam drum inspections of A and D
Conduct sludge collector inspection and cleaning in all 4 SGs (including enhanced methods)
Conduct 9th tube support plate video probe inspection on A
Perform tube scale and trefoil profiling on B and C
Business critical projects. Typically, scope >$2M, team size >50, project has direct impact on Station Business plan goals. Example projects with these attributes include Refueling, Steam Generator Inspection and Turbine-Generator.
Plan, organize, and implement project's scope to ensure on time and on budget completion with safe and error free performance. Develop project plans, goals and budgets including identifying resource needs.
Assign individual responsibilities and ensure actions are completed as assigned. Facilitates development and implementation of a project team. Interfaces with department and contractors, providing information to assist achieving project budgets, schedules and other requirements.
Develops schedules and methods for measuring results. Monitor budget and schedule activities. Identify unanticipated changes in budget and schedule and the impact from these changes.
Serves as CTC ensuring contractual compliance and all procedural requirements are performed. Develop contractor monitoring plans. Documents and communicates deviations from contract.
Reviews and gains Supervisor approval for vendor payments based on meeting contractual requirements/milestones. Monitor department and contractor activities for compliance with applicable codes and standards, qual expectations and other requirements.
Investigates and analyzes reported problems to determine causes and remedial/corrective actions to prevent recurrence; evaluates corrective actions proposed by others for appropriateness, applicability and technical adequacy.
