Senior Specialty Program Manager – Remote

The Senior Program Manager is accountable for leading and executing core projects and programs.

Responsibilities

+ Develop, execute and lead operational plans for programs and initiatives related to assigned line of business across all market segments and for maintaining alignment and identifying interdependencies between all program level work efforts

+ Collaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and on budget implementation of programs

+ Conduct analysis, designs solutions, and monitors performance against metrics, business and/or client requirements

+ Manage products/programs and implement tools/enhancements to ensure new strategies are successfully developed and implemented

+ Collaborate with other business units to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metrics

+ Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

+ 5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM , specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting

+ 1 year of program management experience

+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

+ Ability to work in self-directed environment

+ Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)

+ Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

+ Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

+ Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

+ Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

+ Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

+ Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure

+ Reports to Director of Implementation Managemen

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,700.00 – $151,300.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
