Spa Manager Our client is a premier, rapidly expanding day spa in Manhattan. With its unique approach and non-invasive technologies, this spa has become one of the most sought-after skin treatment centers in the US, even trusted by many celebrities. As the Spa Manager, you represent and amplify our values. We're seeking a results-oriented, inspiring individual to fulfill this essential position. The ideal candidate will have high ethical standards, personal integrity, and communication skills. As corporate documents outline, upholding and enforcing our spa policies and brand guidelines is central to the Spa Manager’s responsibilities. Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Spa Manager.
• Desirable knowledge of spa industry applications, such as Boulevard.
• Preferably licensed as a Spa Therapist.
• Up-to-date understanding of spa industry trends.
• Familiarity with New York State human resource policies.

Responsibilities:
As the Spa Manager, you'll maintain the owners' ideals and purposes while driving production and upholding policies. You will motivate staff to excel, ensuring they embody our values and deliver exceptional service to our valued clientele.

• Coordinate new therapist inductions to the Spa’s standards.
• Provide ongoing retail and SOP training.
• Organize mystery shops to improve quality standards.
• Lead staff to deliver exceptional service and maximize profits.
• Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, and customer complaints.
• Maintain profitability by meeting sales targets and managing inventory.
• Ensure treatment rooms meet standards and track maintenance.
• Conduct regular briefings and meetings with staff and the CEO.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment and handle KPI reviews.
• Oversee maintenance and manage inventory.

Compensation Package:
The base salary is $75,000 plus commissions and performance-based bonuses. This position is expected to make over $90,000 per year.
