Space Systems Program Management Co-Op students will primarily support program management and capture execution across the portfolio of Space Systems programs in the areas of project schedule tracking and projections, coordination with Finance to track and project financials, coordination with Contracts to track and manage deliverables, proposal management, and CRM data analytics.

Students are expected to work with Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and CRM tools. 

Draper has a hybrid workforce and 1-2 days per week of work-from-home is available to this position. Occasional travel to Draper’s regional offices may be required to support staff at those locations. 

• Business, Finance, Engineering, Math, or Physics student with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong performer in both team and independent environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, presentations skills, organizational and time management skills. Candidate must be able to clearly present ideas to leadership, peers, staff, and stakeholders.

• Secret clearance preferred
