Specialized Nurse Sourcer

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in identifying and attracting top-tier talent possessing unique skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions. With a deep understanding of industry nuances and job requirements, the Talent Sourcer will employ specialized sourcing techniques to effectively match qualified candidates with the specific needs of client organizations. Employment Type: Full-time Location: Remote (US-based candidates only) Language Requirement: English Specific Needs: Strong sourcing or Nurse Recruitment experience required Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
Review and post enticing job advertisements on specialized job boards to increase interest from target candidates. Process applications across all platforms promptly.
Utilize various sourcing methods including online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates possessing the requisite skills and qualifications for niche positions.
Implement traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies such as mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing to cultivate talent communities for current and future hiring needs.
Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels to establish rapport and interest in job opportunities.
Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team.
Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups while advising on sourcing and hiring strategies.
Actively promote the employer brand, highlighting strengths in the industry and opportunities for career growth.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools.
Stay updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques to continually enhance sourcing strategies.
Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups.
Identify areas for process improvement within the talent sourcing function and suggest innovative solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications: Position Requirements: High School diploma required; bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training.
TalentCloud ACE certification required.
Experience: Solid Nurse sourcing/recruitment experience.
Minimum 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting required.
Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets) required.
Exposure: Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and market analysis skills.
Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently.
Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively and find innovative solutions.
Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.
Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
Salary and Benefits: Anticipated starting salary range: $34,000 - $85,000 dependent upon experience, geography, and industry knowledge.
Annual bonus based on achievement of defined goals.
