In thisrole, you will be the primary HR support for the Aerospace Avionics GBE andseveral Electronic Solutions engineering organizations. Due to the globalnature of this role, you will also partner closely with cross-functional teamsto broker HR services. You will actively engage in talentacquisition/management, organizational development, performance management andworkforce planning initiatives. You will utilize your HR functional expertiseto align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Driving organizational effectiveness
• Leading teams through change
• Succession planning and talentdevelopment/retention
• Acting as a coach and confidant
• Project management of key cross engineeringprograms and priorities
• Analyzing data to drive critical businessdecisions
• Work closely with peers and COEs across thecompany to plan and implement various initiatives and processes

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
