This is a full time position and has a pay rate of $56,784.00 Annually

Provides staff supervision and ensures appropriate services are provided in accordance with contractual and applicable service and accreditation standards.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1. Ensure implementation of trauma informed services and intervention in accordance with applicable regulatory, contract, agency and center requirements.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate the intake process and assignment of new cases to assigned staff.
  3. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with administrators, referral sources and community partners.
  4. Provide on-going leadership to staff in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partner with Human Resources in talent acquisition and retention efforts. Assist in preparation and implementation of relevant professional development, training and performance management. Facilitate team meetings, supervision with staff as required by contract and coordinate the daily activities of program.
  5. Review, correct and assist in the writing of all reports, case notes, data entry, treatment plans and correspondence.
  6. Audit case records to ensure completeness and compliance with prescribed services and contract requirements.
  7. Participate in developing, implementing, and monitoring outcome measurements and processes to assure quality improvement related to service provisions.
  8. Assist in the maintenance of information and data management systems by providing information and statistical reports as required.
  9. Provide direct service as needed to ensure continuous agency supervision and service provision to clients and referral sources required by the contract funding bodies including meeting with each family referred.

Job Qualifications Education, Experience, Training and Licensure/Certification

 

  • Bachelor degree in any human services field or education.

 

Experience

 

  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Field experience working with families with multiple problems and clinical work preferred.  

 

Additional Work Requirements

 

  • Scheduling flexibility with the ability to work extended hours, evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record; reliable ongoing personal transportation suitable for safely transporting persons served, current automobile registration and proof of automobile insurance.
