The Work You Will Do:

This position is responsible for working on complex configuration changes for enterprise applications that interact with each other, specifically Versa: Regulation, Versa: Online, and Customer Relationship Management systems. This position will be integral to the understanding of the back-end business rules for the Customer Relationship Management system and Versa: Online which will be replaced with the new Customer Experience Modernization software. This will include a variety of configuration components and supporting associated technologies.

Your Specific Responsibilities:

  • This position will assist with the Enterprise applications and a variety of other software applications, as needed.
  • The incumbent will analyze and perform unit testing, maintain documentation, and notify when code or configuration changes are ready for user acceptance testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Creates reports and queries using QLIK as the primary reporting tool, if needed. Consults with business units and key stakeholders regarding data needs.
  • Receives requests from the agency’s incident management ticketing system. Maintains records of activities in incident management system by updating comments. Updates the incident management system with ticket resolution information and other pertinent information.
  • Performs related work as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of customer management software.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software tools.
  • Knowledge of QLIK, incident management software.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and recommend or implement design changes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and accomplish tasks in a group setting.
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience developing complex configuration for Versa: Regulation (VR); and
  • At least 3 years of experience with business analysis; and
  • At least 2 years of experience with reporting development using Qlik; and
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management System that the Call Center uses for tracking customer interactions and payment processing and how it relates to current licensing system, Versa: Regulation; and
  • Experience developing Versa: Online transactions; and
  • Experience with SQL Server Database and Oracle Database; and
  • Ability to work with business units to understand issues and propose a solution(s); and
  • Ability to communicate technical issues, risks and approaches to non-technical users; and
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and recommend or implement design changes; and
  • Experience coordinating testing efforts with business units; and
  • Experience evaluating and providing feedback on possible new technologies for business needs; and
  • Knowledge of Versa: Regulation Batch Processes and Scheduling Jobs.
