About the team

The FIS Trading OMS Implementation team is a group of project managers and trading specialists responsible for onboarding new OMS clients, implementing new FIX connections, facilitating exchange connectivity, updating clearing relationships, and delivering funded product enhancements. We are part of the larger Capital Markets Professional Services group.

About the position

You will be managing the relationship and day to day professional services activities for one of the largest FIS Trading OMS clients. You will be working directly with key stakeholders on the client side and multiple groups within FIS.

For example, you will work with FIS development, application management, client support, and professional services to deliver contracted services. You will be responsible for overall client relationship management.

What you will be doing

· Coordinating communication between the client and the appropriate FIS teams.

· Project Management such as resource allocation and time reporting.

· Task prioritization with the client and FIS using Agile development methodologies.

· Test and Production environment Release Management.

What you bring

· 3-5 years of overall experience

· Knowledge of financial services industry

· Previous experience dealing with C suite level of client

· Knowledge of US equity trading markets

· Leadership Experience

· MS Project or Plainview Experience

Bonus if you have

· Knowledge of trading software

· Understanding of Agile methodology

· Understanding of Project Management Principles

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $118,470.00 - $199,030.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
