Temporary Worker (Receptionist) Location Miami, FL : Overview: City National Bank is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join the Private Client Group. Assignment length: 1-3 Months You will greet customers, vendors and other visitors, and direct them to the appropriate area or department. Will screen and route incomming phone calls to the appropriate area or department. Responsibilities include:
Provides the highest level of customer service to internal and external clients at all times.
Answers multi-line telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate Associate or department.
Greets guests and notifies appropriate Associate of waiting guests.
Receives, sorts, and forwards daily incoming mail.
Accepts delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and communicates to appropriate Associate or department.
Coordinates ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies for the Department.
Coordinates ordering, receiving, and distribution of all copier toner.
Assists department with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
Contributes to the team effort by performing other assigned duties as needed.
Offers and serves beverages to guests
Maintains conference room schedules as well as ensures all equipment is in functioning order. Coordinates with IT for any malfunctions.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of receptionist/administrative experience
1-2 years of experience in a customer service enviornment
Microsoft Office experience
Handling multi-line phones
Ability to present a professional image at all times
Excellent customer service skills to include strong communication skills
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
