Title: Travel RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Responsibilities:

• Completes performance evaluations for all shift employees.
• Positively influences the quality and delivery of patient care.
• Provides complex care in various stages of the obstetric and neonatal progression of care which may include antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, well newborn, Special Care Nursery or Neonatal Intensive Care.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
• Provides operative and postoperative care for the obstetric patient.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.

Education & License Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or active matriculation in a Bachelors Degree in Nursing Program
• Documented previous experience or educational preparation to support credentials - NICU RN experience required
• NYS RN License
• BCLS -American Heart Association
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certificate - American Heart Association
