Position Summary: As the Vice President of Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. Your mission will be to oversee all facets of talent management including acquisition, development, and retention strategies that align with our organizational goals. This strategic position reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and collaborates closely with Business Leaders and Human Resource Departments to ensure a robust talent management framework. What You Will Do: Talent Development and Performance Management: Design and oversee programs that enhance staff skills and competencies, fostering a high-performance workforce. Establish comprehensive leadership development initiatives to secure a pipeline of future leaders. Implement and refine performance management systems that support employee growth and organizational objectives. Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to boost employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys, recognition programs, and a supportive culture. Promote and enhance our employer branding in partnership with marketing and communications to attract and retain top talent. Succession Planning: Identify and nurture high-potential employees, preparing them for leadership roles. Create and maintain succession plans that ensure leadership continuity and operational resilience. Organizational Development: Drive initiatives that support strategic business objectives through effective organizational design and change management. Develop policies and frameworks that enhance workplace culture and employee collaboration. Talent Acquisition and Mobility: Work with leadership to understand and meet talent needs through targeted recruitment and mobility strategies. Champion diversity and inclusion, integrating these core values into our recruitment and internal culture. What We Are Looking For: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Over 15 years of experience in human resources, with at least 8 years in a senior talent management role. Skills and Abilities: Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships. A data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools. Certifications: Additional HR certifications such as SPHR are advantageous. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30-40%).
