US 3P Business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive for our Fulfillment Recruitment and Development sales team ( This position is chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline mix of both high value and transactional accounts while executing sales and account management strategies to deliver results that will exceed aggressive output goals. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective and existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross- functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. Ideal candidates must possess 3+ years of successful enterprise class sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, finance, retail technology, logistics or software industries. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach is required. Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is valuable. Candidates must have strong communication and presentation skills, comprehensive experience using Excel and MS Office applications, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and passion for continuous improvement through collaboration and teamwork. A bachelor's degree is required. Key job responsibilities Account Reps within the Fulfillment Recruitment & Development Team will need to be able to work autonomously while earning the trust of their peers and Sellers, be highly motivated, and Deliver Results. Capturing the "Voice of the Seller" is just as important as launching new Sellers to FBA, and generating Prime GMS. A day in the life This person will focus on the recruitment and development of 3P Sellers into Amazon fulfillment programs. Successful Account Reps will balance their day with outbound calls to prospective Sellers, account management communications with their existing Sellers, and internal deep dives to resolve Seller friction points. About the team As a member of the Fulfillment Recruitment Team, you will be specifically collaborating with our parnter Direct Sales Teams - focused on the recruitment and optimization of 3P Sellers net-new to Amazon and fulfillment programs (FBA, SFP, AWD, etc.). You will be one of six Account Representatives on this sub-team, but actively working alongside peer teams across our greater Fulfillment Recruitment & Development Team (roughly 60 Team members). We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Arlington, VA, USA
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
