In the role of Aerospace Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high-quality standards, ensuring compliance with management system standards, and fostering a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and product/service excellence. And more benefits that contribute to a healthy work-life balance Your Role and Responsibilities Lead and execute the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with international quality standards and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular reviews of the QMS for effectiveness and efficiency.
Drive Lean process improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
Serve as the primary authority for both internal and external audits related to Supply Chain and site operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvements, enhancing our competitive edge.
Ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory/customer requirements.
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, promoting and enforcing safety practices.
What You Bring to the Team Must-Haves: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
A minimum of 4 years of quality experience in a distribution and/or warehousing setting.
Familiarity with ITAR regulations.
Leadership experience with a knack for supervising teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 standards.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Nice-to-Haves: Advanced degree in a related field.
Over 7 years of professional quality experience in similar environments.
At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Quality certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, etc.
Extensive knowledge and auditing experience with ISO and QMS standards.
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Expertise in leading investigations, driving root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective actions.
