Kelly Services is actively seeking a Bills of Material (BOM) Analyst for a long term (1+year) engagement with one of our clients located in Jacksonville, Florida.
Pay rate range: $35 - $40/hour + benefits
As the Engineering BOM Analyst, you are responsible for creating, maintaining, and aligning the manufacturing Bill of Materials for all product brands and configurations for the MAKE Operations production lines.
The Engineering BOM Analyst ensures all BOM changes meet the Engineering requirements, are accurately constructed, and apply the right combinations of materials for each production lines validated capability.
Deep understanding of Global Change Control VIBES , Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Production Qualification, line validations, test plans etc.
Familiar with gFPS Global Finite Planning System
Experience with SAP ERP Systems
Maintain and update accurate Bill of Materials BOM for all production lines and brands
Plan and execute accurate Bill of Material BOM changes with the corresponding project teams
Communicate effectively and collaborate with all cross-functional partners: Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, IT, etc.
Identify improvements, develop solutions, and continuously drive positive change with respect to the Bill of Material BOM process.
Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor s degree in supply chain, Logistics, and/or engineering related field, is preferred
A minimum of five 5 years of business experience in Supply Chain Logistics, with healthcare industry experience required.
Experience with ERP - such as SAP, Manugistics and Advance Planning Systems preferred.
Proficiency with Excel, macros, vlookups, pivot tables and macro coding.
Experience utilizing Tableau desired.
