*This is a remote opportunity with preference to applicants in the Eastern and Central Time Zones to accommodate business needs.

This Business Operations Analyst works closely with the Commercial Operations teams, Sales & Service and Marketing team to help deliver an unparalleled internal and external customer experience which will result in revenue optimization, identify innovative solutions, and drive ease of business and scalability.  In the role you will be a member of a business-oriented team that drives execution in our indirect and direct channels. You will accomplish this through partnership and detailed analysis from which you will develop reports to help drive revenue performance. This role provides business insights to help maximize our Stryker Sustainability Solutions collections and sales. The analyst role is also responsible for applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices, procedures and solutions to difficult activities with minimal supervision.

What you will do

  • Highlight customer insights, competitive service advantages, and recommendations to drive customer efficiencies, savings and process improvements via SOAR calls for assigned territory.
  • Collaborate in close partnership with Marketing, sales/service and customer service functions to ensure successful delivery of business-value-driven solutions
  • Help identify and execute switch-to and DNR optimization within each sales reps territory
  • Utilize JDE, order generation process and supply/logistics knowledge to resolve problems, instruct on procurement model, coordinate, and assist with order fulfillment
  • Educate and train internal and external customers on supply chain, on-demand and SSS ordering process
  • Partner with sales management and supply chain on inventory and customer strategy while advising, applying and educating on surplus/constrained product, system requirements/limitations, ERP needs and on-demand platforms
  • Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and sales/service team
  • Partner with sales to analyze buying trends and maximize revenue opportunity on up-selling, surplus product, and opportunity and revenue gaps
  • Responsible for hitting or exceeding documented KPIs/KPOs
  • Build and nurture close relationships with key business users and leaders
  • Collaborate in close partnership with business leaders to design, develop, implement, and support Applications and technologies
  • Influence others to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives and has high performance standards and expectations to motivate and inspire others.
  • Manage weekly ordering for assigned distributor and/or territory to maximize product availability
  • Support the onboarding, education and training of new direct and indirect customers
  • Execute 30-60-90 training plan for new field members and educate sales personnel on the ordering process and be available as a subject matter expert for the sales team
  • Reconcile key financial data such as rebates, sales fees, inventory levels, and credit returns as needed

What you need:

  • B.A. or B.S. in business, preferably with an emphasis in supply chain
  • Experience in inside sales, supply chain services, healthcare, customer service or related preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite with strong Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint skills is required
  • Advanced knowledge of JD Edwards and/or applicable ERP Sales Order module experience is required
  • Advanced Excel skills required, Pivot Tables, V‐Lookups, and Formulas & Functions
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate across all levels of the organization and outside the organization

$51,300- $99,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
