Job Description - Clinical Research Associate II

Job summary
Join the HJF Team! Clinical Research Associate II monitoring clinical trials Supporting U.S. Military HIV Program and EIDB research
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Monitoring execution of clinical trials • Ensuring safety provisions and adherence to regulations • Managing protocols and protocol-related documents • Communicating with site teams, sponsors, and collaborators • Assisting with protocol development and activities • Conducting root cause analyses and reporting deviations • Managing COO Protocol Database • Performing electronic filing and file maintenance • Scheduling and leading meetings and trainings • Providing administrative support to COO staff
Requirements
• Working knowledge of medical specialties • Knowledge of federal and military research regulations • Familiarity with Institutional Review Board activities • Ability to set and meet deadlines • Master's Degree • 3-5 years of experience
Key Skills Needed
• Working knowledge of medical specialties • Knowledge of PCs and Macs • Ability to set and meet deadlines
