Summary :

The CPFR Analyst will be responsible for the collaboration, forecasting sales and replenishing supply chain inventory for a key aftermarket customer. The day-to-day function will ensure customer Key Performance Indicators (fill-rate, in-stock goals, inventory turns) are achieved and collaborate with the ITWGB Sales/Supply Chain teams and Customer’s Supply Chain teams toward the achievement of both companies annual goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for meeting, exceeding, and reporting on customer's supply chain objectives; fill rate, in stocks, service level and turn.
  • Resolve supply chain issues affecting order management and the customer's supply chain (inventory availability challenges; EDI 'Electronic Data Interface' accuracy, lead times on purchase orders, full truck requirements)
  • Review and adjust forecasts based on trends, promotions, new items and/or additional store counts.
  • Recommend and implement replenishment strategies to support promos and items with seasonality.
  • Identify, resolve and communicate availability issues in a timely manner.
  • Daily/weekly reports include but are not limited to: Sales, Shipments, Inventory levels at DC and stores, provide explanation for any items that are below in-stock goal of 95%
  • Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators; Fill rate, In-Stock %, Inventory Turns. Service Levels.
  • Create/maintain bi-weekly CPFR report as a working document to track, monitor, and communicate new and ongoing issues. Spearhead online Teams meetings with ITWGB and Customer Supply Chain Teams.
  • Provide any ad hoc reports as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related field 
  • 2-3 plus years of experience within a corporate Retail/Wholesale company, Planning, Logistics (domestic and import), or Supply Chain (Automotive Aftermarket Channel preferred)
  • Experience utilizing forecasting and replenishment (Relex) software to place orders based on forecasts and plan for future event activity or product changes
  • Ability to solve multifaceted problems (multiple teams, software interfaces, conflicting objectives)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning/forecasting skills, time management, self-motivated, and project management skills are required
  • Strong interpersonal and business communication skills— both written and verbal
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products (heavy EXCEL usage).
  • JD Edwards, Board, Relex, PowerBI, knowledge a plus
