We're seeking a Development Wellsite Leader to join our team and take charge of operations, safety, and logistics at our offshore well sites in Texas, USA. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our drilling, completion, workover, and intervention activities while upholding the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with our Senior Wellsite Leader to support the seamless execution of operations. Embrace and promote our safety culture, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Develop proficiency in well monitoring and control requirements, contributing to the smooth running of operations. Assist in daily operations planning, ensuring clear communication and understanding among all team members. Champion cost-saving initiatives and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Participate actively in our continuous improvement processes, sharing insights and lessons learned to drive ongoing enhancements. Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration, promoting safety improvements and operational efficiency. Contribute to the development of junior staff, sharing knowledge and experience to support their growth and development. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in well engineering, operations, or related fields. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; additional qualifications in engineering, science, or technical fields are desirable.
