Director of Supply Chain

As the Director of Supply Chain, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our inventory planning processes, ensuring we procure the right products in the right quantities and at the right time. Reporting directly to top leadership, you'll have the opportunity to shape our supply chain strategy and contribute to our overall profitability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies aligned with our company's focus on specialized products and cost leadership.
Lead and inspire our supply chain teams across different locations, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and planning to minimize costs and maximize availability.
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts that benefit our company in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with market demands and customer expectations.
Drive a data-driven culture within our organization, leveraging tools to optimize operations and support strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and maintain our reputation for quality and reliability.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of implementing successful supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems.
Exceptional negotiation skills and a history of managing vendor relationships for mutual benefit.
Proficiency in Excel and other data analytics tools.
CPIM or other supply chain certifications are a plus.
