As an Entry Level Client Relations Manager at Ultimate Charities, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and maximizing their fundraising efforts through events. Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with non-profit clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the event fundraising process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and preferences for fundraising events, and provide personalized support and guidance accordingly.
- Assist clients in planning, organizing, and executing successful fundraising events, including coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and overseeing event operations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance event fundraising strategies and maximize revenue generation for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, event details, and fundraising outcomes, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including event planning, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event fundraising, and share insights and recommendations with clients to support their success.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Passionate about making a positive impact and helping non-profit organizations achieve their fundraising goals.
- Previous experience in client relations, event planning, fundraising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
