We are dedicated to providing customized travel itineraries 24/7, 365 days a year, to any destination worldwide. **Role Overview** The Executive Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing our clients, aircraft operations, and travel logistics. This position involves collaborating with operators, coordinating logistics, handling irregular operations, and maintaining financial aspects of all trips. It is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. **Key Responsibilities**- Maintain and update the flight calendar, ensuring timely communication with operators and internal stakeholders. - Coordinate all logistical arrangements for each client, including transportation, catering, and other necessary services. - Provide 24/7 on-call support for handling any irregular operations or unforeseen circumstances. - Facilitate seamless communication and paperwork processing between ground transportation companies, destination management companies, hotels, resorts, and clients. - Arrange airport procedures, such as customs and immigration clearance, vehicle ramp access, and landing requirements. - Create comprehensive trip documentation, including coordination briefs, manifests, and associated paperwork. - Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure client requirements are met. - Develop and implement contingency plans and provide detailed flight tracking. - Source alternative aircraft options in case of irregular operations. - Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and service providers. **Qualifications and Skills**- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. - Commitment to promoting and embodying our company culture and brand values. - Excellent client management skills, with experience handling high-end, demanding clientele. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software. - Strong initiative and self-driven approach to work. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - High degree of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. **Education and Experience**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the private jet industry (preferred). **Work Schedule and Travel**- This is a remote, office-based position assigned to one of our established work shifts, which may include weekend and evening hours as needed, and frequent work beyond 40 hours per week. - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as required. **Additional Information**- FLSA Status: Exempt. - Lifting requirements: Up to 20 lbs.
