Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $125,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the executive team
• Manage calendars, coordinate meeting logistics, and prepare/update presentations
• Compose and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
• Maintain a secure filing system and database to ensure all information is organized and easily accessible

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in healthcare is highly preferred 
• 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs
• Familiarity with automation processes and technologies
