Job Title: Administrative Assistant to the VP, Strategy Activation (Temporary to Hire)
Location: Remote (Central or Eastern Time Zone)
Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Strategy Activation (SAT) and the Finance Leadership Team (FLT). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools to create engaging presentations and effectively communicate data. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will provide vital support to the finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the VP, SAT, managing various administrative tasks.
- Efficiently manage complex calendars and schedules, ensuring timely and effective coordination.
- Facilitate communication between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders with professionalism and tact.
- Assist in content creation for presentations and correspondence, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Manage task reminders and provide task management support for the VP, SAT.
- Organize and submit expense reports in a timely manner using Concur.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and on-site meetings, including technology setup, material preparation, and catering.
- Provide backup coverage for other finance department and executive leadership team administrative assistants.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent administrative experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting senior executives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Gmail).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
