This Hybrid role will require the candidate to be in our Baltimore (Canton) Office approximately 3 days a week and occasionally in our Columbia, MD and DC office.
PURPOSE:
Responsible for coordinating and managing executive scheduling, preparing, and organizing executive materials, and assisting with internal and external meeting preparation. The role serves as the eyes and ears for the EVP, connecting organizational updates, projects, and critical business information to the EVP. It is essential that EA ensures the EVP, meetings, and materials are efficient and effective, acting as a trusted partner in delivering on business priorities. The EA for this dynamic role must be able to influence, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the EVP. The EA must interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals including executive and senior management, the board of directors, and leaders reporting to the EVP as well as support staff throughout the organization. Must handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel, and institutional information with professionalism and discretion.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 7 years experience supporting executive level management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
Salary Range: $59,040 - $108,240
