Job Description: The Core+ Real Estate (“RE”) Finance Group Operations team is responsible for managing the daily transactional flow, ongoing servicing, and reporting results of portfolio activities across the business

  • Coordinate and produce global Blackstone Property Partners (BPP) reporting and supporting materials, including quarterly portfolio updates, benchmarking data, etc.
  • Maintain daily investment cash flow tracking process for Blackstone's Core+ real estate funds, which includes global investments across multiple sectors, including Multifamily, Studio/Media, Office, Retail, Life Sciences, Data Centers and Industrial
  • Work with team members to prepare and maintain FP&A deliverables for the Core+ platform, and coordinate with real estate and corporate FP&A groups to ensure proper consolidation of Core+ information
  • Produce the support for investment fundings, distributions, underlying fund level key performance metrics (i.e. IRRs, TWRs), valuation materials, and Blackstone Quarterly SEC financial reporting filings across regional teams
  • Participate in ongoing project initiatives and assist in enhancing the group’s reporting processes, procedures and analytics to continue to scale finance infrastructure and support growth of the Core+ business
  • Engage directly with various teams including, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Deal Professionals and Global Accounting teams
  • Mentor, oversee and coordinate the Core+ offshore operations team and other key stakeholders
  • Support Blackstone corporate finance and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings process as well as on an ad hoc basis relating to client and investor matters
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly fund analytics for senior management
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; strong academic record
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience with investment fund finance and performance reporting a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams, summarize issues, and develop recommendations
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and a positive attitude
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Expected annual base salary range: $105,000 - $140,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
