We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our travel team as a Travel Guest Service Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various aspects of guest services in a travel setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Assistance:
- Greet and assist clients at travel destinations, including airports, hotels, and other travel-related venues.
- Provide information about travel itineraries, local attractions, and services.
Travel Coordination:
- Assist clients with check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth process.
- Coordinate transportation, luggage handling, and other travel logistics.
Customer Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients to address inquiries and provide updates on travel arrangements.
- Assist with any changes or modifications to travel plans.
Reservation Management:
- Manage and verify travel reservations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client preferences.
- Coordinate with various travel service providers to secure bookings.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the travel experience.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation and Administration:
- Maintain organized records of client travel details, including itineraries, reservations, and contact information.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to travel documentation and client profiles.
Client Safety and Comfort:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during travel.
- Provide assistance with special requests, medical needs, or other client-specific requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or guest service role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and related software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic travel environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work in the U.S.
