• Employment Policy, Compensation and Systems Department that provides an integrated approach to managing employment policy and staff rules, driving compensation and benefit programs, and supporting service solutions, systems and analytics.
• Performance, Career and Learning Department that brings together the entire talent management life cycle to maximize and leverage innovative solutions and strategies for increasing the WBG’s organizational and individual performance and capabilities. Attracting and recruiting the right talent, in the right place and at the right time is critical to the Bank Group. The Executive Search team is responsible for driving recruitment best practices and attracting diverse skilled talents, in partnership with Senior Leadership and HR Management. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand executive talent needs globally and develop and implement effective internal and external recruitment strategies to attract and select top executive talent, develop and implement strategies to efficiently source candidates with extensive leadership experience, technical expertise, oversee the end-end hiring process, develop and maintain pipelines and leads for senior leadership-level roles.  The role will report to the HR Manager, Talent Attraction and will have the following duties and responsibilities: • Proactively manage executive level internal and external recruitment.
• Identify process gaps and implement market-leading approaches to meet targets for time to fill, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, and diversity and quality of hires.
• Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies, leveraging various recruitment channels to identify and engage with potential candidates and build and nurture pipelines of top executive talent, such as networking, referrals, social media platforms, and industry events.
• Provide research and talent mapping exercises using search techniques and Talent Insights.
• Develop strong external partnerships for talent sourcing, including managing relationships with external search firms to ensure alignment with WBG’s executive talent needs; building and maintaining a strong network of executive-level professionals, industry leaders, and key influencers; and attending industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
• Partner with Career Development, Performance and Talent Management function to design effective assessment methods, implement internal executive rotation programs, understand succession gaps, and identify and pipeline internal and external candidates for current and future executive level opportunities based on the outcomes of talent reviews, succession plans and other talent initiatives. 
• Facilitate the offer negotiation process with candidates, including salary, benefits, and other employment terms. Manage the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for the selected candidate.
• Coordinate with Senior Recruitment Specialist and Analyst to proactively design and deliver analysis, insights, and reporting on executive talent attraction in alignment with corporate diversity goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interviews, assessments, and client feedback. Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on the progress of executive searches.

Selection Criteria

• Master’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in driving end-to-end executive level recruitment across multiple countries/regions in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of relevant core HR areas (i.e., recruitment, employer branding, talent outreach, HR Analytics, workforce planning, talent and performance management, etc.)
• Familiarity with talent pools and labor trends in emerging markets
• Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter as an effective tool, to source candidates, manage online campaigns, build talent pipelines, and create reports
• Ability to analyze compensation packages and negotiate with candidates successfully
• Experience using CRM tool and other Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent interpersonal and multi-cultural skills to establish successful relationships with candidates and sources, as well as with internal clients
• Track record of high level of integrity, tact and discretion when managing sensitive and confidential information
• Result-driven with a positive attitude and a high degree of initiative and responsiveness
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and attend to details while staying focused on key priorities
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting work priorities and demands
• Ability to understand business priorities and strategy and translate into recruitment plans.
• Ability to confidently interact with senior management, build relationships at all levels, and collaborate across teams for synchronized, high-quality outcomes.
• Focus on taking initiative to achieve results and strong project management, planning, organizational, coordination, and logistical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including producing documents and presentations for management.
