Industrial Production Managers

Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Create an encouraging and positive atmosphere with strong communication
• Meet daily production goals by optimizing employees and equipment
• Ensure production stays on schedule and within budget
• Evaluate and reduce costs when able
• Hire and train employees for all stations throughout the facility
• Manage employee production metrics and performance
• Analyze production data and complete reports
• Ensure employees comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
• Oversee communication between managers, suppliers, and procurement departments
• Determine if overtime is needed
• Order new machines, parts, and inventory
• Establish quality control programs to verify products meet specifications and quality
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Promptly fix production issues that arise

Position Requirement:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership experience
• Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for an extended time
• Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
• Outstanding communication, organization, time-management, and collaboration skills
• Reliable
• Team-oriented
• Customer-focused
