Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for developing new business by contacting potential customers and selling insurance products. You will play a key role in growing our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients, and grow existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage recommendations.
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients, often covering a variety of risks.
  • Conduct policy reviews and cross-sell additional products to existing clients.
  • Process and submit applications and related documentation.
  • Handle policy renewals and manage client accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet performance goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or similar sales role.
  • Licensed to sell insurance in [your state/region].
