About the role

As an assistant manager for Weee! you will oversee and ensure success with our daily outbound warehouse operations while supervising the staff in our Milpitas location.

Responsibilities:

Develop performance matrix and achieve performance goals to exceed customer expectations
Lead and identify process improvement to optimize operation of warehouse
Maintain a safe work environment while ensuring team members to correctly follow operational procedures and instructions.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and bottleneck of warehouse operation
Utilize operational data to track and evaluate team performance in order to achieve continuous improvement of operations
Forecast the cost and usage of materials by developing labor plans to calculate labor cost of the teams

Qualifications:

3 years of warehouse/retail experience preferred
High School Diploma
Bilingual in Chinese/Spanish and English a huge plus
Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills are a must
Accuracy and attention to detail is a must

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
