Responsibilities

The IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain has broad responsibility for the support and continual improvement of business processes and systems that impact the Supply Chain organization. The Supply Chain BA will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing our inventory management systems to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team and IT department to implement and support systems that enable efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. 

Primary Responsibilities  

• Analyze current inventory management systems to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing system functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify business requirements and develop system solutions to address them.
• Configure and customize the inventory management system to meet specific business needs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support to ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Test system upgrades and enhancements to ensure that they are properly integrated and meet business requirements.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure that they are properly trained on system functionality and procedures.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Participate in system upgrades and implementations, providing input on system design, configuration, and testing.

Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 3-5 years of experience in analyzing, designing, configuring, and implementing WMS or inventory management solutions 
• Knowledge of inventory management processes and systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Warehouse Management Systems. 
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Preferred Experience  

• Experience with creating process maps for business processes.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
• Experience with RF technology or similar technology used in Warehouse environments
