A Place to Grow: Ample opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Your Role and Responsibilities: Serve as a primary advisor and mentor on investigation-related matters, overseeing the review and implementation of compliance controls and corporate policies.
Conduct in-depth investigations into compliance policy violations, including conducting interviews, document analysis, drafting reports, and presenting findings.
Lead both domestic and international investigations, managing compliance policy matters within our case management system.
Support the Ethics & Compliance team by monitoring risk management systems, conducting risk assessments, and implementing measures for risk mitigation and remediation.
Ensure a consistent and methodical approach to stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and control monitoring within the Compliance department.
What You Bring to the Table: Essential: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
4+ years of experience in conducting investigations.
Proficiency in Navex EthicsPoint or similar case management software, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
High emotional intelligence and adept at conflict management.
Willingness to travel up to 25%. Highly Desirable: Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
