Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean indoor and outdoor premises
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Install appliances, equipment, and furniture
• Perform minor fixes such as drywall repair, plastering, carpentry, flooring repair, painting, building fixtures, etc.
• Inspect equipment to determine repair need
• Troubleshoot
• Replace lightbulbs
• Routinely check the functionality of safety systems
• Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear

Position Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience is preferred
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• General knowledge of carpentry and maintenance
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Outstanding communication, organization, and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• May need to stand for long periods
• May need to bend, squat, push, pull, and lift
• Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
