In the role of Implementation Manager, you will lead the charge in rolling out new client projects and spearheading ongoing enhancements within our logistics and supply chain operations. Define the operational blueprint and project scope, including KPIs, system requirements, process flows, and SOPs, in alignment with client agreements.
Offer on-site support during critical project phases, ensuring resource availability for a seamless go-live.
Establish and refine operational processes and procedures.
Lead cross-functional team coordination, ensuring seamless setup and support for new clients across operations, logistics, IT, engineering, and customer service.
Facilitate regular updates with clients and internal teams to monitor progress and address any challenges promptly.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders, guaranteeing high satisfaction levels with our services.
Guide and mentor the implementation team to guarantee a smooth rollout of complex and strategic initiatives.
Manage the creation of contractual documents and necessary addendums.
Proactively identify and communicate project risks to all relevant parties, including executives and clients.
What You Need to Succeed Must-Have: At least 4 years of experience in startup environments, operations, and change management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with computerized scanner equipment.
Background in logistics, specifically within 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment settings. Nice-to-Have: Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in the 3PL sector.
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the ability to develop practical testing scenarios.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including some weekends.
Strong influence, teamwork, and change management skills. About Us
